Formation Trainer is designed to be private. Here is exactly what that means.

Data we collect

None. Formation Trainer does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics.

How the app works

The app runs entirely on your device. It does not connect to the internet to function. All of its content, the formations, lessons, and quizzes, is bundled in the app itself.

On-device data

The app stores a small amount of information on your device only, so it can remember your preferences and progress between launches. This includes whether you have seen the intro, which naming system you have selected, and your quiz history and mastery. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else.

Purchases

The optional Full Unlock is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see or receive your payment information. Restoring a purchase uses your Apple ID through the App Store and involves no data collection by us.

Tracking

The app does not track you and does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework. It contains no advertising and no third-party software development kits.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data, it collects no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
